Sundried Tomato Pesto Spread

1 cup crumbled Feta
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup Pesto
3 T diced Sundried Tomatoes
2 T toasted Pine Nuts


*Let cheeses come to room temperature (so they are softened) and mix them together. Spread the cheese mixture evenly at the bottom of a serving dish.

*Next, spread the pesto on top of the cheese layer.

*Then, sprinkle on the diced tomatoes and finish with the toasted pine nuts.


Serve with a fresh, cut baguette or pita chips.

Welcome to ~ B and B Recipes (Cooking & Crafting)! We are Wendi B. and Sharon B. ~ two friends that love to prepare fun and yummy food... and also can't stay away from a cool craft project or a great decorating find. After sharing with each other for over 14 years; we'd like to share with you!!

We will lean toward the cooking side... because we love a good recipe. The challenge will be to write it all down without using the words "a bit of that" or "a little of this" ~ we tend to cook by feel, but are getting pretty good at discovering exact ingredient amounts so we can pass on our favorite snacks, dips, spreads, sweets, and treats!
